Senior QDII Fund Manager Zheng Peng of Huaxia Fund Resigns

The latest announcement shows that Zheng Peng, fund manager of Huaxia Fund, was relieved of his duties as manager of Huaxia Global Stock Fund and Huaxia Overseas Juxiang Mixed Initiating Fund on May 15th, with no explanation of transfer to another position within the company, and has already completed the deregistration procedures at the China Fund Industry Association. Zheng Peng has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry, with assets under management exceeding 2.8 billion yuan at the end of the first quarter of this year.
