CATL announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that assuming the global offering becomes unconditional on or before 8:00 a.m. on May 20, 2025, it is expected that H shares will begin trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on May 20, 2025.
