Ningbo Ocean Shipping's newly established ship subsidiary

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Ningbo Ocean Shipping New Mingzhou Ship Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 56 million yuan. Its business scope includes: engaging in international container ship and general cargo ship transport; ship leasing; international ship management business; ship sales; and general cargo warehousing services. Equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Ningbo Ocean Shipping.
