Pulutong: Appoints Shi Shuai and Chen Xiaosan as Deputy General Managers of the company.

Putong announced on May 16th that the eighth meeting of the sixth Board of Directors of the company approved the "Proposal on Appointment of Deputy General Managers of the Company", agreeing to appoint Shi Shuai and Chen Xiaosan as deputy general managers of the company, with a term from the date of approval by the Board of Directors to the expiration of the sixth Board of Directors. After the appointment by the Board of Directors, Shi Shuai will serve as a director, deputy general manager, and chief financial officer of the company; Chen Xiaosan will serve as deputy general manager of the company.
