Ningxia Branch and the contractor China Construction Third Bureau Group Co., Ltd., the members of the joint venture, Huaxin Consulting Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Xiangjiang Systems Engineering Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary) have signed the "China Mobile (Ningxia Zhongwei) Data Center B Zone B01, B02 Room Building Project EPC General Contract" with a contract value of 1.632 billion yuan.
