Jin'an Industrial (02292.HK): Zhilue Capital appointed as independent financial advisor

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Jinan Industry (02292.HK) announced that Zhilue Capital Limited, a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 6 regulated activities (providing advice on corporate finance), has been appointed as the independent financial advisor to provide advice to the Independent Directors Committee on matters including the proposal and plan. The appointment has been approved by the Independent Directors Committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeover Code.
