The legal representative of each company is Li Yuanxin, with a registered capital of 1 million RMB each. Their business scope includes power generation technology services, wind power technology services, solar power technology services, energy storage technology services, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, all three companies are indirectly wholly owned by Haibo Sichuang.
