Intelligence Finance and Economics APP News, Dongsoft Carrier Wave (300183.SZ) announced that, according to the requirements of the online trading system for the transfer of state-owned construction land use rights and mining rights in Foshan City, with transaction number TD2025(NH)WG0033, the company participated in the bidding for Parcel A on the south side of ZTE Road, Zhongxing New City, Jiujing Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City from May 4, 2025 to May 14, 2025, and ultimately won the delisting with a bid of 182 million yuan. Recently, the company's second-level wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Dongsoft Carrier Wave Power Technology Co., Ltd., signed a "Foshan Public Resource Trading Center South Sea Branch Confirmation Letter" with the Foshan Public Resource Trading Center South Sea Branch, and will subsequently pay the land transfer fee according to relevant regulations and handle related work such as obtaining ownership certificates.
