Nvidia and AMD stocks are rising, with Bank of America stating that these two companies have billions of dollars worth of business opportunities in artificial intelligence infrastructure projects with Saudi Arabia. Nvidia is up 3.4% and AMD is up 8.6%; AMD also announced a $6 billion stock buyback plan.
