The public date of the bankruptcy review case is May 13th, and the handling court is the Intermediate People's Court of Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. In the afternoon of May 14th, Nezha Automobile responded that this was a case where a certain advertising company applied to the court, and not Nezha Automobile filing for bankruptcy.
