On the evening of May 14, Dian Guang Media announced that the company, its wholly-owned subsidiary Dachen Venture Capital, and the company's controlling subsidiary Dachen Cai Zhi plan to collectively invest 115 million yuan to participate in the investment in the Hunan Golden Hibiscus Malan Mountain Cultural and Technological Entrepreneurial Investment Fund Limited Partnership. After the Malan Mountain Cultural and Technological Fund completes registration and record filing, it will raise funds from qualified investors in the society, with a total fund size expected to be 2 billion yuan.
