Longqi Technology announcement, shareholders Tianjin Jinmi Investment Partnership Enterprise and Suzhou Industrial Park Shunwei Technology Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise have jointly reduced their shareholding ratio from 13.97% to 12.88%. During the period, Tianjin Jinmi sold a total of 2.9965 million shares through block trades and bulk trades, reducing its shareholding ratio from 7.37% to 6.73%. Shunwei Suzhou sold 2.1 million shares through the same method, reducing its shareholding ratio from 6.60% to 6.15%. This change does not trigger a takeover bid and will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
