(01065.HK) announced that on April 7, 2025, the asset management company, Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute, Dongliang International, China Construction Research and Tianchuang Environment (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an engineering general contracting agreement. According to this agreement, all parties will jointly carry out the construction project of the "Tianjin Eye" Ferris wheel. The total price is RMB 170.29 million (including tax).
