Industrial Bank recently announced that as of the end of the first quarter, the balance of green loans exceeded one trillion yuan, reaching 1.0175 trillion yuan. In recent years, Industrial Bank has deepened its layout in the field of carbon reduction and pollution control, supporting the growth and transformation of emerging industries and traditional industries towards green development. By the end of the first quarter, Industrial Bank has invested in key areas such as water and solid waste treatment, with loan balances in clean energy and energy storage, as well as green public transportation, exceeding 120 billion yuan and 340 billion yuan respectively. Branches along the Yangtze River and Yellow River basins have green loan balances exceeding 510 billion yuan and 170 billion yuan respectively.
