According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Suzhou Three Sheep Cultural Media Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with the original shareholder Three Sheep Holdings Group Co., Ltd. exiting. The company was established in May 2024, with Li Jiteng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, cultural entertainment broker services, advertising production, advertising distribution, corporate image planning, and marketing planning, and is now fully owned by Suzhou Sumu Cultural Media Co., Ltd.
