Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration issued the "Guidelines for Dynamic Adjustment of Flight Plans" to further standardize and organize the work of adjusting flight schedules. The Guidelines, led by the Civil Aviation Administration Operations Monitoring Center, were developed within the framework of the "Regulations on Coordinated Operations Management of Civil Aviation" and are aligned with the "Guidelines for the Construction of Regional and Airport Coordinated Operations Mechanisms." The Guidelines provide detailed information on the concept, goals, responsibilities, initiation conditions, work procedures, and related matters of dynamic adjustment of flight plans.
