According to the Enterprise Check app, recently, the China Metallurgical Kemyuan Institute of Metal Materials Research Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Zhi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes: research and development of new materials technology; research and development of mechanical equipment; manufacturing of metal materials; additive manufacturing; common non-ferrous metal smelting; non-ferrous metal casting; 3D printing services, etc. The equity penetration displayed on the Enterprise Check shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Metallurgical Corporation.
