Currently, the company has not received written "detention notices" or "investigation notices," nor have they been asked to assist in the investigation or provide information. As of the date of the announcement, the company's other directors, supervisors, and senior management are performing their duties normally, the organizational structure and internal control mechanisms are perfect, the board of directors is operating normally, and there has been no change in control. To ensure the company's daily operations, during this period, Chairman Li Yupeng will assume all responsibilities of the general manager. According to the Tianyancha App, Che Jianxing is associated with more than 100 companies, of which over 60 are in operation, including Red Star Meikailong Holding Group Co., Ltd., Changzhou Red Star Decoration City, Chongqing Xingkaike Home Furnishing Co., Ltd., among others, with Che Jianxing holding positions such as executive director, chairman, and general manager in the mentioned companies.
