On May 13th, iQIYI announced that iQIYI Movies would add a new revenue sharing cooperation channel for theater new releases, effective immediately. The scope of the cooperation includes theater new releases that are within 90 days from their first screening to their online premiere. According to the cooperation rules, theater new releases can use a revenue sharing model for online premieres, both exclusive and non-exclusive, following the same revenue sharing rules as iQIYI Network Movies.
