According to the news from the CITIC Finance App, Donghu High-Tech (600133.SH) announced that on November 7, 2024, the company signed a "Equity Acquisition Letter of Intent" with the actual controller of Hubei Proge Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Target Company" or "Proge Technology"). The company plans to acquire the controlling stake of the Target Company with cash, subject to the satisfaction of the preconditions and terms of the "Letter of Intent".
