Le Kai Film Announcement: The company's 2014 non-public offering surplus raised funds for the investment project "Annual Production of 50 million square meters of multi-functional coated composite materials technological upgrading and expansion project" has been completed, and the project final settlement and acceptance preparation work is currently in progress. The project was originally planned to use raised funds of 83.45 million yuan, with actual investment of 55.5567 million yuan, leaving a balance of 27.8933 million yuan. After the project is completed, the annual production capacity will be 50 million square meters, mainly used for the production of color photographic paper base, color inkjet paper base, and printing photo paper products.
