On May 13th, Hangzhou sold 3 residential land parcels in Qiantang District, all of which were sold at the reserve price, with a total transaction amount of approximately 25.73 billion yuan. Among them, Jianfa and Dongbuwan Xincheng Construction jointly acquired the Dongbuwan Xincheng unit land parcel for 17.6 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 17,255 yuan/square meter; China Communications Construction Group acquired two land parcels in Jianghai City for a total price of 8.14 billion yuan, with transaction floor prices of 3,844 yuan/square meter and 3,803 yuan/square meter respectively.
