After the new policy on housing provident fund, 280 units of newly built and second-hand residential properties were sold in Shenzhen over the first weekend.

According to the Shenzhen Zhongyuan Research Center, during the first weekend after the new housing fund policy, 152 new residential properties and 128 second-hand residential properties were sold in Shenzhen. Data from Zhongyuan shows that during the first weekend after the new policy, the number of viewings for second-hand properties increased by 53% compared to the previous week, indicating that the new policy has stimulated market activity. From May 1st to 11th, a total of 727 new residential properties were sold in Shenzhen, with 754 properties being subscribed. Additionally, 1023 second-hand residential properties were transferred.
