According to the latest information from the Intermediary Research Department and Hong Kong Mortgage Securities Limited obtained by the Wise Finance APP, in April, the number of new mortgage insurance plan loans and amounts reached 1,490 and 7.128 billion Hong Kong dollars, respectively, compared to 1,355 and 6.639 billion Hong Kong dollars in March, an increase of 135 loans (10%) and 0.489 billion Hong Kong dollars (7.4%), respectively.
