Sichuan issues 15 measures to support entrepreneurship and boost employment. The personal application limit for entrepreneurship guarantee loans has been increased to 50,000 RMB.

The General Office of the Sichuan Provincial Government issued the "Several Policy Measures to Support Entrepreneurship and Employment Increase", proposing 15 specific measures to support entrepreneurship, which will be implemented from May 1st. In terms of strengthening financial policy support, it proposes three measures including increasing the support for entrepreneurship credit, optimizing the operation mode of the guarantee fund, and optimizing the entrepreneurship subsidy policy. By increasing the application amount for entrepreneurship guarantee loans and expanding the coverage of entrepreneurship subsidies, it will increase financial support for entrepreneurship. Specifically, the individual application amount for entrepreneurship guarantee loans will be increased from 300,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan, and the application amount for small and micro enterprises will be increased from 4 million yuan to 6 million yuan. For first-time small and micro business start-ups or individual operations, a subsidy of 5,000 yuan will be given after operating normally for more than 6 months from the date of registration; for those operating normally for more than 18 months, additional entrepreneurship subsidies will be given by each region based on factors such as the scale of entrepreneurship, the stage of entrepreneurship, and the number of employment absorbed, with the maximum not exceeding 10,000 yuan.
