(03750.HK) will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from May 12 to May 15, 2025, with a plan to globally issue 118 million H shares, of which 7.5% will be sold in Hong Kong and 92.5% will be sold internationally. The offer price will not exceed 263 Hong Kong dollars per share. Each board lot consists of 100 H shares, and it is expected that H shares will begin trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 am on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
