On May 11, Eastern Airlines flight MU6123 took off from Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, marking the official launch of the direct flight from Qingdao to Kashgar. After a 5-hour and 50-minute flight, the flight arrived at Kashgar Laoning International Airport at 14:55.
