"Wall Street's top cop" about to take office: Federal Reserve's Bowman poached from Goldman Sachs, Davis Polk & Wardwell, and BPI

Insiders said that Bowman, soon to be appointed as vice chairman of supervision at the Federal Reserve Board, has poached three employees from the banking industry. These new employees include Randall Gane, Alexandra Wells, and Francisco Covas.
