Zhtng Cijng APP News, Hun Kj (300609.SZ) issued an announcement on May 9, 2025, stating that Mr. Zhang Hongjun and Mr. Jiang Zexing, who control Shanghai Jinshi Yi Hao Intelligent Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Jinshi Yi Hao" or "Party B1"), and Shanghai Baojinshi Yi Hao Intelligent Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Baojinshi Yi Hao" or "Party B2"), have signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement". Zhang Hongjun will transfer his 12.01 million shares of Huina Technology (representing 10.00% of the total shares of the listed company) and all corresponding shareholder rights and interests to Jinshi Yi Hao, and transfer his 6.0057 million shares of Huina Technology (representing 5.00% of the total shares of the listed company) and all corresponding shareholder rights and interests to Baojinshi Yi Hao.
