Tencent Finance APP News, Lide Education (01449.HK) announced that on May 9, 2025, Junhua Education Limited and Shuren Education Limited (both company controlling shareholders) separately entered into share pledge agreements with Industrial Bank Harbin Branch (lender). Junhua Education Limited and Shuren Education Limited agreed to pledge 1.97 billion ordinary shares with a face value of $0.01 per share and 3 billion ordinary shares (pledged shares) held by each company to the lender as collateral for a loan of RMB 350 million provided to the company's comprehensive affiliated entity, Heilongjiang Business School.
