ST Xinyan (002388.SZ): Hunan Xiangcai plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 1.5%

China Fortune Financial News App News, ST Xinya (002388.SZ) announced that shareholder Hunan Xiangcai New Materials Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Hunan Xiangcai") holding 6.48% of the shares plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.107 million shares through centralized bidding transactions within three months after the announcement (June 3, 2025 to September 2, 2025), which is not more than 1% of the total share capital; and reduce no more than 2.5535 million shares through block trades, which is not more than 0.50% of the total share capital.
