"Swire Properties' first quarter office rental rate in Hong Kong was 92%."

Swire Properties announced that the overall office rental rate in Hong Kong in the first quarter of this year was 92%, compared to 93% at the end of last year. Rental rates at TaiKoo Place and Taikoo Fong decreased by 16% and 14% respectively. In terms of shopping malls, the retail space at Pacific Place, Cityplaza, and Citygate Outlets all have a 100% occupancy rate. During the period, retail sales at Pacific Place's shopping mall decreased by 5%; retail sales at Cityplaza increased by 2.9%; and retail sales at Citygate Outlets dropped by 5.8%.
