Due to the completion of Sale Item Two, the number of shares owned by Hengfeng International has increased from 199 million shares to 299 million shares (29.9% of the total issued share capital of the company), making Hengfeng International the largest single shareholder of the company; while the number of shares owned by Weigao Land Group has decreased from 266 million shares to 166 million shares (16.6% of the total issued share capital of the company), and Weigao Land Group remains the main shareholder of the company.
