CBOT corn futures fell by 4.10%, settling at $4.4975 per bushel, showing overall downward volatility and dropping to $4.4225 on May 8th. CBOT wheat futures fell by 4.14%, closing at $5.21 per bushel. CBOT soybean futures fell by 0.61%, closing at $10.5225 per bushel, showing a W-shaped trend overall; soybean meal futures fell by 1.04% and soybean oil futures fell by 1.82%. ICE raw sugar futures rose by 3.60%, and ICE white sugar futures rose by 0.89%. ICE Arabica coffee futures rose by 0.78% in light trading, while coffee "C" futures rose by 1.20%. Robusta coffee futures fell by 1.04%. New York cocoa futures rose by 3.64%, closing at $9200 per ton. London cocoa futures rose by 4.03%. ICE cotton futures fell by 2.47%.
