According to this agreement, the company has subscribed as a Class A limited partner with a capital contribution of 100 million Hong Kong dollars (excluding a subscription fee of 2 million Hong Kong dollars) to subscribe for Class A equity in the Starlight New Economy Industry Limited Partnership Fund. The application has been accepted by the fund.
