Shanghai: Employers hiring young people such as university graduates can enjoy a one-time expansion subsidy of 1500 yuan per person.
On May 9th, it was learned from the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that Shanghai-based enterprises and social organizations that hire 2025 graduates who have not been employed within 2 years of leaving school, as well as unemployed youth aged 16-24 who are registered in the city, and sign labor contracts with them, and pay the full amount of social insurance premiums for 3 months or more as required, will be eligible for a one-time expansion subsidy of 1500 yuan for each person they hire.
