The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has revoked the status of nine units as prefabricated building industrial bases.

Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice on the revocation of part of the prefabricated building industry bases. To further strengthen the supervision and management of prefabricated building industry bases, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development organized a comprehensive evaluation of the first and second batches of prefabricated building industry bases. After evaluation, it was found that 9 units including Beixin Housing Co., Ltd. were unqualified. According to the "Management Measures for Prefabricated Building Industry Bases", it was decided to revoke the prefabricated building industry bases of Beixin Housing Co., Ltd. and other 9 units.
