The China Securities Regulatory Commission: The market exit mechanism has been further improved, with 64 companies delisted since last year.

The report released by the China Securities Regulatory Commission shows that as of the end of April 2025, the total number of listed companies in the entire market was 5420, including 3189 main board companies, 1380 Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) companies, 586 Science and Technology Innovation Board companies, and 265 companies on the Beijing Stock Exchange. Since last year, there have been 137 new listed companies, raising a total of 92.098 billion yuan. Among them, 100 new listings on the GEM, Science and Technology Innovation Board, and Beijing Stock Exchange accounted for 72.99% of the total, raising a total of 56.255 billion yuan, accounting for 61.08%; 64 companies were delisted, further improving the market clearing mechanism.
