On May 8th, the Shanghai municipal government held a press conference, where Gu Jun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai municipal government and Director of the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission, introduced the progress of the top ten breakthrough tasks for optimizing the business environment in Shanghai by 2025. In terms of innovating financing services for small and medium-sized enterprises, efforts will be made to innovate in bank-enterprise cooperation, reduce financing costs, fully implement seamless re-lending and interest-free re-lending policies for medium-sized enterprises, increase the supply of credit financing products from financial institutions, pilot and promote the "park instant loan action", promote the further decentralization of financing service centers, vigorously develop supply chain finance, carry out in-depth "thousands of enterprises and households visits" activities, and focus on improving the convenience and accessibility of financing for small and micro enterprises.
