Wisdom Financial APP learned that according to the data released by Zhongzhi Property Research, in April 2025, the top 50 property service enterprises in China added a contract area of approximately 52.25 million square meters, with the scale of leading enterprises continuing to expand; the average added contract area is 1.04 million square meters. Among them, China Resources Wanjia Life Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yongsheng Property Management Co., Ltd., and China Merchants JinYu Industrial Operation Service Co., Ltd. have rapidly expanded their scale, with added contract areas exceeding 3.5 million square meters.
