On the evening of October 17, Hainan Airlines Holding announced that the company's board of directors approved several personnel adjustment proposals, appointing current Chairman Zhu Tao to concurrently serve as the company's President, while Yu Chaojie will no longer serve as President and Director due to work adjustments. At the same time, Hainan Airlines Holding nominated Wang Ke and Cao Ouping as director candidates, and Li Dudu will no longer serve as a Director due to work adjustments. Wang Ke currently serves as Vice President of Hainan Airlines Group and President of Chongqing Fangda Aviation International Headquarters, while Cao Ouping currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hainan Airlines Holding.
