Zhitong Finance APP news, Tianjie Environment (01527.HK) announced that Mr. Zhu Xianbo has resigned as a non-executive director; and (ii) Mr. Bian Hang has been appointed by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting as a non-executive director, effective from October 16, 2026. From October 16, 2026, Mr. Bian Hang (non-executive director) has been appointed as the chairman of the board of directors.
