Certified Public Accountants Limited (S.Y.W.), resigning as the company's auditor with immediate effect. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has proposed to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Evergreen) as the company's new auditor, with a term until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by shareholders at the company's extraordinary general meeting before it can take effect.
