Syria's oil and gas pipelines hit by repeated sabotage

The Syrian National Oil Company stated on the 15th local time that a natural gas pipeline in northeastern Syria exploded and caught fire after being attacked. This is the fourth similar incident in recent weeks. In a statement, the Syrian National Oil Company said that at 17:15 local time, an explosion occurred on the section of the Jibessa gas export pipeline located in the Arabidi area in southern Hasakah Province, approximately 60 kilometers from the city of Shaddadi. The statement did not mention the cause of the explosion.
