The specific delisting arrangements are as follows: On November 30, 2026, new purchases of the service will stop, while existing customers can continue to use it until their service expires. On May 31, 2027, renewals and version updates for existing customers will stop. On November 30, 2027, the service will be fully discontinued. At that time, the console, related support services, and ticket services will also be taken offline. In addition, the refund service provided by Alibaba Cloud will also stop on that date. Alibaba Cloud recommends that customers migrate as soon as possible to replacement solutions: digital human products in the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, including Ant Lingjing Digital Human, FaceUnity Digital Human, and Yizhi Intelligent AI Livestreaming Digital Human.
