Tianyancha App shows that Shanghai Moqi Wanxiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business registration change, with Shanghai Qishan Investment Co., Ltd., a Tencent subsidiary, added as a shareholder. At the same time, its registered capital increased from approximately 1.542 million yuan to approximately 1.622 million yuan. The company was established in August 2025, with Gao Wenli as its legal representative. Its business scope includes technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technical transfer, technical promotion, and other areas. It is currently jointly held by Gao Wenli, Shenzhen Mofei Investment Partnership, and the aforementioned new shareholder, among others.
