India initiates anti-circumvention investigation into anti-dumping case on alloy rock breakers involving China
According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on September 28, India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice stating that, in response to an application filed by the Indian domestic enterprise DOZCO Pvt. Ltd., it has initiated an anti-circumvention investigation into the anti-dumping case concerning fully assembled alloy rock breakers originating in or imported from China and South Korea, to examine whether the products involved from China and South Korea are being exported to India via Malaysia to circumvent the existing anti-dumping duties. The dumping investigation period of this case is from April 2025 to March 2026, and the injury investigation period covers 2022 to 2023, 2023 to 2024, 2024 to 2025, and April 2025 to March 2026. The products involved in this case fall under Indian customs codes 8409, 8412, 8430, and 8431.
