According to the Fujian Maritime Safety Administration, the four cross-strait "mini three links" passenger routes are expected to handle about 56,270 passenger trips, a year-on-year increase of 29.71 percent. Among them, the Xiamen-Kinmen "mini three links" route, which has the largest passenger flow, will add four extra sailings per day during the National Day holiday and is expected to handle about 50,000 passenger trips during the holiday, a year-on-year increase of 37 percent. The Huangqi-Matsu "mini three links" route will add two extra sailings on October 1 and is expected to handle about 1,800 passenger trips during the holiday, a year-on-year increase of 3.5 percent.
