Zhito Finance APP News, Nuomans (02530.HK) announced that the Company was informed by Far East Wealth, Mr. Wang, and Ms. Cui that on September 28, 2026, as part of a family wealth planning arrangement, Mr. Wang transferred his 91% equity interest in Far East Wealth to his spouse, Ms. Cui, for a nominal consideration. Immediately before and after the completion of the share transfer, Far East Wealth remained the controlling shareholder, holding 750,000,000 shares, representing 75% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
