Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) entered into a finance lease agreement with Wuhu Weixian Intelligent Technology

Zhitong Finance APP news, Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on September 28, 2026, the company, as lessor, entered into Finance Lease Agreement III with the lessee (Wuhu Weixian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.), pursuant to which the lessor will purchase the lessee's own leased assets III for a transfer price of RMB 10 million; and the lessor will lease leased assets III back to the lessee for a lease term of 18 months, with total lease payments of approximately RMB 10.54 million, including finance lease principal of RMB 10 million and finance lease interest income (including VAT) of approximately RMB 540,000. Leased assets III are OLED production equipment.
